Suggest an Agenda Item
For the current Vice President to do his job, he must organize and prepare for each Executive Officer meeting. Part of this includes receiving agenda submission requests. The form below will give each executive officer the chance to submit his agenda topics in a concise and organized manner.
This process (as opposed to chatting about things on Facebook) will allow everyone on the Executive team the chance to discuss issues in full and come to a conclusion / action step.
This will also be allow the executive team to record what happened in each meeting. This will make things easier for the Secretary to record the minutes.
You may submit an item on a player's behalf using this form.
REMEMBER: the deadline to submit an item is 12 hours before a meeting. This will give the VP plenty of time to organize the meeting. If something comes up that is an emergency, then call or text the VP or wait til the meeting starts and introduce the item during new business.
Every meeting must have order. We are in the process of becoming an exceptional team, but we must be able to handle business like professionals.
